01. Who we are

Taylor Made Designs is an assumed business name of Reverent Hosting L.L.C., based in Richland, Indiana ("Taylor Made Designs," "we," "us"). This policy covers taylormadedesigns.info and any information you share with us through it.

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the type of project you're asking about, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (city or region level), what device and browser they use, and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting server records basic request details, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit, for security and troubleshooting.

03. Third-party services on this site

This site loads a few resources from other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies can receive your IP address and basic browser details:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC), for visitor statistics.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC), for the site's typefaces.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.), which delivers the library that draws the animated background.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.

• To build, host, and support the websites and software you hire us for.

05. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host and email provider, and only as needed for them to do that work.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• If the business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to information collected under it.

06. How long we keep it

Messages and project emails are kept as business records for as long as they're useful for the work or required for our records. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

07. Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

08. Websites we build and host

When we build, host, or maintain a website or application for a client, information collected on that client's site belongs to the client and is covered by the client's own privacy policy. We access that information only as needed to host, secure, monitor, and maintain the site on the client's behalf.

09. Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
